  They have good Mexican food.  I don't know why others have had some bad experiences. They are a small hole in the wall place...just the way I like them.
  
  They have Vegan mexican food.  They have fried plantains with cream and condensed milk.  They have great burritos, tacos, torta, plates and yes....taquitos.
  
  They have my beloved carrots, onions and jalapenos.  They have horchata.  They have other tasty juices and soft drinks.  They have decent prices.  Yes in Portland it is possible to still find places that aren't overpriced.
  
  What don't they have???
  
  Well parking isn't always that great.  Depending on the time the street parking may or may not be available so I only come on the weekends or after 6pm when I can park out front.

  The first time I went in to order, it was around 11am. I sign posted said they were open at 9am... They were closed. I assumed maybe they were running late so I ran a few errands and grabbed a snack from a store nearby
  
  About12:30pm I went back and she was just unlocking the door. She looked upset I was there "so early". I left.
  
  About a week later I went back. That was a mistake. After ordering my food, the lady (I found out was the owner) tried to charge me for items I didn't order. So I get back up there and she gets mad. Come to find out her English isn't the best.
  She has me enter the order on the computer.
  The rice was dry. The chicken was plain. I will not return.

  Dissapointed in how they handled messing up my order. They thought I ordered 1 instead of 2 tacos and then tried to keep my horchata that they never brought me when I asked for my 2nd taco. I left hungry and very dissapointed. Most places would have tried harder to make up for the mistake. Especially after we waited an extra 40 minutes thinking more food was coming.

  I wanted to love working nearby Los Taquitos, however on my third visit I ended having a shard of metal in my food that I bit down on. I took my order back to show the staff. They definitely seemed alarmed, but didn't offer to compensate me for the meal. Bummer.

  Absolutely disgusting. The restaurant is dirty! I never smell food cooking. I only smell the dirty bathroom. I am convinced that the people who like this place have never had Mexican anywhere else.
